Dreams

Where the lights were bright and we were waiting for the ladies.
He asked me. I answered.
Then he said,

"Keep the dream alive. You'll get there."

I haven't heard it for a long time. Such a quote.
I wonder how long till I get there.
How long I can keep it up.
Will my passion and my heart be strong enough, fierce enough, courageous enough to withstand the storm if it pours down on me.

As a lyrical song goes,

"Cos you've been searching for answers.
But the city screams and all your dreams go unheard"

My intangible dreams...
Like the sky I have yet to reach out to.
